1″ Deflection: HSB spring hangers are large diameter steel springs housed in rectangular steel housings. Assembly incorporates dual (steel & elastomer) washers for a uniform load distribution and high frequency isolation. HSB Series features 2 sizes for different capacity ranges offering a versatile & economic solution. Our standard design allows angular hanger misalignment. Springs have 50% additional travel to solid load as per the ASRAE recommendations. Spring hangers are used for hanging fan coil units, air handling units, fans, pipes, and ducts. These spring hangers are normally used for critical areas where noise and vibration both need to be controlled.
